Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Norwich City were all relegated from the Premier League this past season.

Ray Wilkins has told Sky Sports News, which was broadcast on 31st May, that he believes Norwich City and Newcastle United could both be promoted next season.
Norwich and Newcastle were both relegated from the Premier League this past campaign, and they were joined by Aston Villa.
Norwich, Newcastle and Villa are all amongst the favourites to be promoted from the Championship next term, but Wilkins believes that only two of the three will make it back.

The former Villa assistant feels that the Claret and Blues could miss out, but he thinks that both Newcastle and Norwich are well placed to bounce back immediately.
“I think there could be two,” he said, when asked how many teams will bounce back from relegation. “I think Norwich are well equipped to get themselves back out of it.
“Newcastle, I’m sure Benitez will add some good British blood to it, and I think they could bounce straight back too.”
Newcastle are currently the favourites to win the second tier, after Benitez agreed to stay on as manager.

The Magpies are expected to spend heavily in the summer transfer window, to try to ensure that they are promoted.
Norwich, meanwhile, are likely to keep the bulk of their squad together, as they seek an immediate return to the top tier.
At Villa, on the other hand, a number of changes are set to be made, with the Midlands side still yet to appoint their manager for next campaign.
