West Ham have won just once in the league at the London Stadium and Spurs suffered a Champions League defeat to Monaco at Wembley earlier in the month.

Sky Sports pundit Ray Wilkins believes West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur are both undergoing the same problem as they grow used to their new stadium environments.
West Ham moved from their long-time home Upton Park during the summer to the 60,000-capacity Olympic Stadium for the new Premier League and Europa League campaign.

Spurs remain at White Hart Lane for the time being, though they will play all of their home Champions League matches this term at Wembley Stadium, the home of the English national football team.
However, West Ham’s home defeats to the likes of Watford and Astra Giurgiu have put somewhat of a dampener on the move so far, while Tottenham’s opening match at Wembley ended in a disappointing 2-1 defeat to French side AS Monaco.
And Wilkins believes that the location change gives the away sides a big boost as the hosts are still trying to settle in to their new surroundings.

“There (at the London Stadium) the opposition go there and enjoy themselves and I think it’s been difficult for West Ham this year,” he told Sky Sports News HQ.
“I think it will be difficult for Tottenham in the Champions League playing at Wembley as well.
“(Spurs) have already lost one against Monaco and I think when you change grounds like that, it’s very very tough to get that same environment as what you’re used to playing in.”
