Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, West Ham United and Chelsea will all want to be London’s top club next season.

Ray Wilkins has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on June 15th, that Tottenham Hotspur will be London’s top team next season.
The battle to come out on top in the capital looks set to be a fierce one next term, with a host of teams all competing for the honour.
Tottenham will face competition from Arsenal, Chelsea and even West Ham United as they aim to claim the local bragging rights.

But Wilkins feels that if Spurs can add three new signings then they will go even better than last season, when they finished in third place.
“I’ve got a little feeling, if they reinforce, Tottenham could be taking a little step forward again,” Wilkins said, when asked who would come out on top in London.
“I think that they need three [new signings]. I do believe that they have got to add.
“Chelsea, without European football. If Conte can get the players in he wants they could be a real handful.
“I think Arsenal may be third best and you have West Ham as well. West Ham were brilliant last year. I think the London scene will be a brilliant.”
Tottenham are expected to make a number of additions in the summer transfer window, as they look to cope with the demands of playing Champions League football.

Arsenal finished above the Lilywhites last term, and they have brought in Granit Xhaka, but Wilkins obviously feels that they will fall away.
Chelsea, meanwhile, have just appointed Antonio Conte and will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing campaign last time around in style.
West Ham are the outsiders to finish on top in London, but they are backing Slaven Bilic with funds and have already completed two impressive signings – in the form of Sofiane Feghouli and Havard Nordtveit.
