Slaven Bilic’s side are struggling at the other end too highlighted by the fact not one of the club’s strikers has scored a single goal this season 18 competitive games in.
The Hammers also hold the unwelcome record of squandering the most points in the league, giving away eight from winning positions so far – a haul which would now see them sitting joint sixth in the table instead of 17th.

“They’ve just got to get that win,” Parlour said on Alan Brazil’s Sports Breakfast.
“I was at the West Ham vs Stoke game (1-1 draw at London Stadium before the Spurs defeat) and they just have to be a little bit quicker with the ball West Ham and get it forward.
“But they’ve been lacking that striker, Ayew played against Stoke, Andy Carroll I don’t know how fit he is but they’re missing him certainly.”

Things don’t get much easier for West Ham either.
Bilic’s side face a double header against Manchester United at Old Trafford twice in three days in the league and cup followed by a home game against Arsenal and away trip to Anfield.
