The striker scored one and set up the other in Everton’s win over West Ham United.
Speaking on talkSPORT, former Premier League midfielder Ray Parlour has praised Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, saying he has been brilliant so far this season.
The striker was in sensational form for the Blues last season, scoring 25 goals in all competitions despite their struggles under former boss Roberto Martinez.
Lukaku has continued this season in a similar vein, scoring seven goals in the Premier League to sit as the division’s second highest goal-scorer behind Diego Costa.

He was in impressive form again at the weekend as he scored one and set up the other in his team’s 2-0 win over West Ham United at Goodison Park.
Parlour has been impressed by Lukaku’s performances and praised him while speaking on talkSPORT.
“He’s been brilliant so far this season,” he said.
“There was a lot of talk about him during the summer that he might be leaving but Ronald Koeman has came in and kept him and he’s certainly getting the best out of him. He was superb yesterday [against West Ham].”

Everton will certainly be hoping that Lukaku can maintain his strong form for the remainder of the season.
He is the only prolific goal-scorer they have in their team at this moment in time and their hopes of a strong season are very much reliant on him performing well.
He has done that so far, helping his team to sixth in the table, just four points behind Chelsea in fourth place. and Everton will be praying he has another 25-goal campaign in his locker.
