Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to finish in the Premier League’s top-four at the end of the season.

Ray Parlour has claimed that there are ‘no other jobs’ Tottenham Hotspur’s Mauricio Pochettino can take after Real Madrid re-appointed Zinedine Zidane as manager.
Sky Sports reported that Zidane oversaw his first training session on Wednesday after returning to the club earlier this week after leaving the Spanish giants in the summer.
Added with Zidane’s return, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is going from strength to strength at Old Trafford, with Manchester United’s standout performance coming against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
Speaking to the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show on talkSPORT (12/03/2019 at 7:55 am), former Arsenal man, Parlour claimed there is nowhere else for Poch to go now after Madrid named Zidane as their third manager of the season.
“That was always the link between him [Pochettino] and Real Madrid,” Parlour told talkSPORT. “I think that was his next move if he’s going to move from Tottenham.
“People said Manchester United. Now with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, it looks like he’s not going to get a job there and there’s no other job he can take.
“Pochettino might have said, ‘I am staying at Tottenham whatever happens’, which is great news for Spurs because he’s a top manager. Now, it’s up to Spurs board to back Pochettino and give him some money.”

It has been an indifferent few weeks for Pochettino, who has had to deal with his team going from Premier League title challengers to looking over their shoulders in the race for the top four.
Either way, whatever Spurs achieve, them finishing in the top-six should be seen as a success given the fact that they have not spent a single penny during these last two transfer windows and their Champions League rivals have been strengthening their squads at will.
At this moment in time, they are sitting in third place on 61 points, with fourth-placed Arsenal one point behind, Manchester United on 58 points and Chelsea sitting on 57 points.
After the international break, the London club will take on title-chasers Liverpool at Anfield, with Pochettino hoping that they can address their four-match winless streak in the league.
