Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham United will all want to be London’s top Premier League club.

Ray Parlour has predicted that Chelsea will finish as the top London team in the Premier League on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show, which was broadcast on July 20th.
Chelsea are set to face challenges from Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and West Ham United.
However, Parlour feels that Antonio Conte’s men will have enough to ensure that they finish above their London rivals.

“I think Chelsea,” the former Arsenal midfielder said. “But you have to see how Conte settles. It doesn’t happen overnight. I think Conte will get success.
“Not much has happened [at Arsenal and Tottenham] in terms of transfers. They have got squads anyway, I’m sure they’ll be a couple more signings from both sides.
“If you look at West Ham, they’ll be excited. They have to keep Payet if they want to go forward.”
Chelsea badly underperformed last season, but Conte’s arrival is expected to push them back into title contention.
The Blues have shown their ambition by signing Ngolo Kante from Leicester City this summer.

Arsenal, meanwhile, have been more quiet with Granit Xhaka the only marquee player to arrive.
Tottenham Hotspur have made two new additions so far, in the shape of Vincent Janssen and Victor Wanyama.
West Ham, on the other hand, are set to be extremely active in the transfer window, as they look to build on last campaign – where they finished in seventh place.
