Tottenham Hotspur lost 2-0 against Arsenal in the Premier League clash on Saturday.

Former Tottenham Hotspur player Ray Clemence took to social networking site Twitter to express his reaction after the north London derby clash on Saturday.

Spurs lost the North London derby 2-0 against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

After a feisty opening 20 minutes, the home side finally got the breakthrough when Shkodran Mustafi put the home team ahead in the 36th minute.

Alexis Sanchez, who was superb throughout the game, doubled the lead for the Gunners just five minutes later.

Former Spurs player Clemence was not happy with the performance and with the refereeing decisions. However, he admitted that Spurs needed more from their creative players.

Arsenal had only 42% of the possession, but the Gunners were more than happy to allow Spurs to retain the ball as they looked to hit on the break. They took 14 shots of which five were on target, and earned seven corners, according to BBC Sport.
