Harry Redknapp believes he is the only manager in England who can revitalise Ravel Morrison’s career in his home country – and also the only one stupid enough.
According to the Birmingham Mail, Redknapp told Morrison – who is currently training with Birmingham City after a difficult time with current side Lazio:

“Ravel, listen, there is only one mug in this country that will take a chance on you now and that is me.”
Morrison is now 24-years-old and is yet to fulfill the potential that saw him so highly rated when he was coming through the ranks as a youngster at Manchester United.
Now Redknapp is considering giving the midfielder one more chance in English football and the player himself is keen to play for the 70-year-old.
As yet Birmingham have not come to any deal with Lazio for Morrison, but the former England Under-21 international is understood to be very comfortable at St Andrew’s.
Redknapp now needs to decide if he wants to take a punt on a player who did previously score three goals in 30 appearances for the Blues while on loan from West Ham United in 2012/13.
