Over the years when managers have been in high pressure situations, especially in the Championship, they tend to fold under the weight of it all. Dyche pulled together a squad that had a combination of experience, youth and skill, combining all the elements necessary to succeed in that league.

Highlighted victories over the likes of Everton and Liverpool have been big moments for the side, but they weren’t flukes. It’s not a case of Burnley just getting lucky because they have shown they are able to grind out results as well as being able to bounce back from a string of inconsistency.
Dyche’s accomplishments in 2016 definitely put him in the running for being one of the Managers of the Year, and there is no limit to what this side can do at this stage.
