Clinton Morrison has said on Sky Sports News (12:27pm, October 2, 2021) that Leeds United winger Raphinha is good enough to play for a top-four club in the Premier League.

The former Crystal Palace forward has raved about the Leeds star, and has said that he is a big fan of the 24-year-old Brazilian winger.

The Sky Sports pundit believes that Raphinha will go to the next level and move to a bigger club, and he knows that his opinion will not go down well among the Leeds fans.

Clinton Morrison’s verdict

Morrison said about Raphinha on Sky Sports News (12:27pm, October 2, 2021): “Leeds fans won’t want me saying this, but he is an outstanding individual and he can go to the next level.”

The pundit added, as transcribed by The Yorkshire Evening Post: “For me, he’s an outstanding individual. I was waxing lyrical about him last season, and he’s improved since then.

“In my opinion, I think he could easily go and play for one of the top four in the Premier League. Every week he does deliver – he’s an exciting player and I love watching him. He can go to that next level.”

Sensational player for Leeds United

Raphinha has been superb for Leeds since he joined from Rennes in the summer of 2020.

The Leeds no.10 scores goals, creates chances, works hard, is quick, and is a constant problem for the opposition defenders.

The Leeds no.10 has scored three goals in seven Premier League matches so far this season, and scored six goals and gave nine assists in the league in 2020-21.

Could Raphinha leave Leeds next summer?

Well, money talks, and anything is possible.

However, Leeds are unlikely to entertain any offers, unless, of course, they are too good to turn down.

Raphinha himself has not publicly said that he wants to leave, and the Brazilian does seem happy at Elland Road.

For now, Leeds fans should simply enjoy the magic of the Brazilian.
