Could Glasgow Rangers prospect Serge Atakayi soon be making an appearance at Ibrox?
Rangers signing Joey Barton in the summer predictably garnered plenty of attention, but while the controversial midfielde a has quickly been jettisoned by the club, another summer signing is only just getting started.
One of the low key additions Rangers made in the summer was young sensation Serge Atakayi.
He signed from Finnish club FF Jaro, where he had become their youngest ever first team player.

Born in DR Congo, Atakayi is a Finland youth international and is just 17-years-old.
He has been playing for the club’s under-20 side in recent weeks, and now he has stepped up to train with Mark Warburton’s first team.
Commenting on Twitter, Atakayi expressed his delight at the developments.
There is no word from Warburton that he plans to throw Atakayi into the first team, but getting him involved in training sessions indicates he is open to the possibility in the future.
Seeing him first hand enables the manager to get a closer look and feed back to the youngster what he needs to do to kick on, and potentially by the end of the season if there is nothing to play for, Atakayi could make his bow. If he really impresses Warburton, it could be even sooner.
