Rangers under-20s suffered defeat to St Johnstone but will take positives from Serge Atakayi finding the net again.
The 17-year-old signed from Finnish side FF Jaro in the summer, with the Gers beating off competition from Leicester City for his signature.
Atakayi scored in Tuesday night’s 2-1 loss, his second goal for the club in the past month.

He sent a message on Twitter after the game reflecting on the result.
The Congo born winger is a Finland youth international at under-19 level, and made first team appearances for FF Jaro in his homeland.
It is not beyond the realm of possibility that the Light Blues give him a first team shot before the end of the season.
He is a name to keep an eye on, and while the competitive nature of the first team may restrict his chances, the incentive is there for the teenager to keep on scoring and getting himself noticed.
