Glasgow Rangers winger Ryan Kent joined the Gers on a permanent contract in the summer.

The former Liverpool winger recently returned from a hamstring problem that saw him spend five weeks on the sidelines, as reported by The Scottish Sun.
The 22-year-old – who cost Rangers £7 million in transfer fees when they signed him from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, as reported by The Scottish Sun, after a loan spell at Ibrox last season – has said that he is getting closer to playing for 90 minutes.
Kent has also suggested that Rangers manager Steven Gerrard and he do not always agree on how to recover from injury.
Kent told The Scottish Sun: “I think I’m getting closer to 90 minutes. It’s just monitoring it at the moment.
“My muscles are still recovering from what I went through, so it’s about keeping ticking over until I am ready for 90 minutes.”
The winger added: “Probably, in the past, I’ve rushed to be back playing and things haven’t gone to plan.
“So this time I’m monitoring things very carefully. The manager is educating me on the situation! If it was down to me, I would probably play in every game, even if I wasn’t fit.
“But, you know, as I’m growing up it’s really important to manage my body. And the manager’s word is FINAL anyway!”

Positive update
Kent is a very good and promising young winger who is an asset for Rangers, not just for this season, but for the coming years as well.
The former Liverpool winger has made only one start and two substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for far this season, and has played just 76 minutes in the Europa League, according to WhoScored.
