Rangers move for Eros Grezda discussed by Osjek president.

You might think Croatian side Osijek are sick of Rangers by now.
After Steven Gerrard’s side knocked them out of the Europa League, Rangers signed star left-back Borna Barisic.
Now Rangers are returning to sign Eros Grezda, but Osijek are seeing it as a compliment.
Speaking yesterday to Croatian news outlet 24 Sata, club president Ivan Mestrovic said he is happy to sell to Rangers.
Mestrovic confirmed Rangers will pay 3 million Euros for Grezda (£2.7m Euros).
He explained: “We pay great attention to how we sell. We hold that players out of Osijek are worth a million euros. We also argue that we primarily want to sell players to the west.

“Our transfers progressively increase: 1; 1.2; 2; so 3 million euros. We sell players to the sound western clubs that come back to us as buyers.
“I’m trying to make Osijek a self-sustaining club in the near future.”
Rangers have been left impressed with Barisic’s early impressions at Rangers, while fellow Croatian defender Nikola Katic has made a big impact so far.
It bodes well for the signing of another Eastern European, with Barisic and Katic setting a high benchmark for him to reach and try and surpass.
