According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers are set to sign UNAM striker Eduardo Herrera after he arrived in Glasgow to put the finishing touches to his move.
The Gers have already secured two summer signings having brought in defender Bruno Alves and midfielder Ryan Jack from Cagliari and Aberdeen respectively, but there is still plenty of work to do for manager Pedro Caixinha.

The Scottish Sun note that Fabio Cardoso, Carlos Pena and Dalcio are all set to sign for Rangers, and another deal could be completed as Eduardo Herrera closes in on a move to Ibrox.
UNAM ace Herrera was photographed arriving in Glasgow, and it’s claimed that he will now undergo a medical with Rangers after agreeing terms with the club.

The report adds that Rangers are paying £1.5million to sign Herrera, and he has agreed terms with the club as he gets set to reunite with Gers boss Pedro Caixinha.
Herrera, who has hit three goals in nine caps for Mexico, has come up through the ranks with UNAM, notching over 100 goals for the club having played more than 150 games for the club.

Arguably his best spell came with 19 goals in 23 games on loan at Santos Laguna, where his manager was Caixinha, so it’s no surprise to see the duo reuniting this summer.
Standing at 6ft 2in tall, Herrera possesses great strength and aerial ability, handing Caixinha a real target man to build around in attack – and given his fee, he will be expected to start regularly.
