Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers will send scouts to watch Gor Mahia against Everton at Goodison Park, Dylan Kerr has revealed on social networking site Twitter.
Everton will take on Gor Mahia at Goodison Park on November 6 following the Kenyan club’s success in the SportPesa Super Cup final.
Former Leeds United and Kilmarnock defender Kerr is the head coach of Gor Mahia, and the 51-year-old Englishman has revealed on Twitter that Scottish Premiership giants Rangers will send scouts for the match between his side and Everton at Goodison Park.
Encouraging signs
While it remains to be seen if Rangers are impressed by any Everton or Gor Mahia players at Goodison Park next month, it is an encouraging sign that the Gers are planning ahead.

Although Rangers made a number of signings in the summer transfer window and have a strong team, there is always room for better footballer who will enhance the quality of the current side.
Rangers are aiming to challenge Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title this season, and will also feature in the group stage of the Europa League.
