The reported target of Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers trolled a Celtic fan before last night’s Scottish Premiership clash at Parkhead.

Rangers fans might be hoping that Steven Gerrard renews an interest in signing Jordan Jones this summer.
Not only is the Kilmarnock man a very talented winger and one who would improve Rangers, but the 23-year-old’s response to a Celtic fan on Twitter yesterday is likely to endear him to the Ibrox faithful.
Jones, the subject of a £350,000 bid by the Gers back in January [BBC Sport], missed Killie’s visit to Celtic yesterday through injury, but one Celtic supporter on Twitter intimated that his absence was linked to a fear of facing Hoops star Kieran Tierney.

But the Northern Irishman responded by posting a picture of his goal against Brendan Rodgers’s side back in October, when the helpless Tierney could only watch on.
According to The Scotsman, the Ayrshire club value Jones to be worth around £1 million and it’ll be interesting to see whether new manager Gerrard follows up on Graeme Murty’s initial interest.
Rangers have Daniel Candeias for that right-wing role, and a fine option he is too after what’s been a very decent first season in Scottish football, but competition never hurt anybody and the addition of Jones would undoubtedly help bridge the gap to Celtic going forward.
