The Rangers midfielder will be treated by the Ibrox club after missing out on matches against Russia and Belgium.

It’s been a disappointing international break for the Gers man, who would have been hoping to win his first caps for his country since September of last year.
He’s consistently not been named in Scotland squads over the last 12 months but excellent club form had forced manager Steve Clarke into selecting him for matches against Russia and Belgium.
However, knee swelling meant he could only be named on the bench during Friday’s defeat and further deterioration over the weekend has ruled him out completely for the Hampden clash against Belgium this evening.
As quoted by The Scottish Sun, Clarke said: “Ryan has gone back to Rangers.
“He had a little bit of swelling on his knee on Friday and was prepared to sit on the bench.
“But on Saturday there was more swelling and Rangers decided to go safety first.”

Given Jack’s importance to Rangers in recent months, the Ibrox club have taken the right decision not to risk any further problems with the midfielder.
He’s been part of a central midfield three that, for the most part, has started the season in superb form.
Gerrard can’t risk him either aggravating an existing issue or the player not being treated correctly while on international duty.
Last season problems with Eros Grezda and Borna Barisic while away with their countries led to extended fitness and injury worries that hampered their season.
Knee issues are rarely simple and the hope will be the swelling is not a sign of a more serious underlying problem.
Fans will likely now be anxiously waiting on an update to Jack’s status, knowing that he’ll have a crucial part to play in upcoming matches.
The Gers host Livingston on Saturday and then run a gauntlet of five tricky fixtures in two weeks; Feyenoord at home, St Johnstone away, Livingston away, Aberdeen away and Young Boys away.
Having Jack fit for as many of those as possible is key.
