Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers have been linked with former Gers player Derek McInnes, currently in charge of Aberdeen.
The Rangers star, though, has refused to comment on speculation linking McInnes with the managerial role at Ibrox.
According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers will make a move for Aberdeen manager McInnes in the next 24 hours.
It has been reported that the Gers could have to pay as much as £1 million in compensation for the former Rangers midfielder.
Rangers striker Miller, 37, has refused to comment on speculation linking McInnes with the managerial role at Ibrox, but the former Celtic man has praised him.
Miller told The Scottish Sun when asked about McInnes to Rangers speculation: “That is not for me to comment on.
“There is absolutely no doubt he has done a fantastic job at this football club. If that is what happens, that happens.”
Rangers have won their last two matches against Aberdeen and are back in second place in the Scottish Premiership table.
The Gers have done well under caretaker-manager Graeme Murty in recent weeks, and there is renewed confidence among the players.
Celtic are running away with the Scottish Premiership title, but Old Firm rivals Rangers can certainly finish second in the standings this season.
