Rangers winger Ryan Kent said Steven Gerrard had demanded a response.

Rangers got back on track at the weekend with a 3-0 victory at Livingston.
It followed a defeat at Kilmarnock in midweek which spiked the positive momentum Steven Gerrard’s side had built up before the mid-season break.
Steven Gerrard demanded a response from his Rangers players and Ryan Kent has relayed the key message from the manager prior to the game.
Kent told Rangers’ official website that Gerrard had questioned his players and asked how badly they wanted to win.

Kent said: ““He is asking how much we want it and I think the fans know after that performance today how much we do want it.”
Rangers’ side certainly proved a point, but expectations at Rangers are high.
The team cannot afford another slip up and need to go on a winning streak to start to put the pressure on Celtic.
The loss to Kilmarnock gave momentum back to Brendan Rodgers’ side and Rangers have to dig deep and grind out results while hoping their rivals slip up.
