Rangers’ Kenny Miller reacts
Rangers striker Kenny Miller has told the Evening Times that he is still haunted by misses against Celtic earlier this season.
Speaking specifically about the 1-0 home defeat to Celtic at Ibrox in October, Miller says he regrets not being able to help his side avoid defeat.

Miller, 37, has 14 goals this season for the Gers and wants to continue to play a key part next season under new boss Pedro Caixinha.
He said: “I am always critical of myself and I could have had another three or four goals.
“You are not going to score every chance but the ones that stick in your mind are Celtic at Ibrox, that should have been buried and got us a point in that game.
“There are other chances in the season that should have been put away so I could have had towards 17, 18 mark. Moving on, I am looking to improve next year.”

Miller’s Rangers failed to beat Celtic in six different matches in all competitions this season, losing give and drawing one.
Two of the losses were heavy 5-1 defeats, but often as Miller points out it is the narrow losses which hurt even more, as there is such a thin line between preventing them.
Next season Rangers will have to do better against Celtic, but realistically they could hardly do worse.
Miller will have to compete for his place alongside new faces whoever Caixinha brings in, but added competition for places is needed if Rangers are to lift their intensity and quality.
