Rangers are back on track after two back to back wins.

It’s a much needed return to form after five matches without victory which preceded it.

Scott Arfield bagged a hat-trick in Rangers 3-0 win over Motherwell.

He says he is trying, along with the rest of the team, to rediscover the form and style of play which saw Rangers beat Celtic at the end of December.

Arfield told the Rangers official website: “Hopefully the tricky time in March is behind us now and we press teams highly like we did against Celtic at Ibrox and really get after teams.”

“That is what we wanted to do, press them [Motherwell] up there and we have done it on numerous occasions this season at different times but we haven’t consistently done it for a number of games.”

Confidence is also key to Rangers’ performances.

The team did not respond well to losing to Aberdeen in the cup semi-final and had struggled to score goals in March.

Now they have netted six times in a couple of games and the confidence is flowing again.

Rangers have one more game against Celtic this season, at Ibrox, and they can work towards winning again, proving the first victory was no fluke.
