Pedro Caixinha’s Glasgow Rangers recently signed Graham Dorrans from Norwich City in the summer transfer window.
Scottish Premiership giants Rangers recently completed the signing of Dorrans from Norwich in the Championship in England.
According to The Scottish Sun, the Gers had to pay the Canaries a transfer fee of £1.5 million in order to secure the services of the former Livingston midfielder.
The 30-year-old midfielder has arrived at Ibrox with a strong reputation and with a lot of experience, having played in the Premier League and in the Championship in England.
The former West Bromwich Albion midfielder has also earned 12 caps for the Scotland national football team, and Campbell has backed him to be a success at Ibrox.
Campbell managed Dorrans at Thistle, and the 63-year-old believes that the Ibrox outfit would love watching the former West Brom man.
“He’s a magnificent advert for the power of natural enthusiasm,” Campbell told The Scottish Sun about Dorrans. “That’s not just in football, that’s in life as well.
“He’ll get bums on seats at Ibrox from day one. He’ll take people on, shoot with right or left foot and play anywhere.
“He’ll score astonishing free-kicks then be in the right place to score tap-ins. Rangers supporters will love him.
“He’s at the perfect age to have a really good few years playing in front of big crowds for a big club.”
Rangers finished third in the Scottish Premiership table last season and will be aiming to challenge Old Firm rivals Celtic for the league title during the 2017-18 campaign.
