Left-back is a clear area of concern for Rangers.

It is still early in the season, but left-back appears a real concern for Rangers.
Borna Barisic has looked shaky when selected by Steven Gerrard, and at the weekend it was Jon Flanagan who got the start.
Neither Flanagan and Andy Halliday are naturals at the position, and it might be time for Rangers to reconsider Martin Olsson.
The Scottish Sun reported in June that Rangers were taking an interest in Olsson.
The Sweden international remains a free agent, and now could be the moment to bring him in for extra competition.
Olsson has been battling back from an injury suffered last year at Swansea City, and he will have to prove himself all over again.

Given Barisic’s form and Rangers’ lack of options, the Ibrox side have little to lose by rolling the dice on Olsson.
At this stage of the summer, Olsson may be prepared to accept lower wages than he would have demanded in June.
If Steven Gerrard feels Olsson isn’t right, he should still continue to explore his options and leave no stone unturned in trying to fix the position at this late stage in the transfer window.
