Rangers should bid to bring Kasey Palmer to Ibrox.

Celtic have made an impressive move to sign Charly Musonda, but the window is open for Rangers to strike a big deal of their own.
Musonda’s Chelsea teammate Kasey Palmer is available for loan, with SkySports reporting the Blues are set to let him leave before the deadline. Rangers should take a serious look at bringing him to Ibrox.

Palmer helped Huddersfield Town win promotion to the Premier League last season, scoring on his debut for the Terriers and making a real impact before injury cut his spell short.
Palmer is an attacking midfielder who netted five goals in the Championship last season.
He is an England under-21 international who like Musonda, needs to get away from Chelsea to progress his career in the short term.
In his one performance for Chelsea this season in the Carabao Cup he ended up providing an assist.
For Rangers he could really flourish, and going up against his Blues teammate could inspire him.
There is competition from English Championship sides who understandably want him, but Palmer would gain big experience playing in front of the large and passionate Ibrox crowds.
