Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers should make their move for 18-goal Louis Moult now.
Motherwell boss Stephen Robinson has told The Record that striker and Rangers target Louis Moult will not sign a new contract with the club.
The English hitman, who netted 18 goals in all competitions last season, is out of contract at Fir Park next summer.
And although Robinson says he won’t be extended his contract, the Motherwell manager says that the 25-year-old is completely committed to the club nevertheless.

He told The Record: “Louis has indicated he’s not going to sign it although that’s not to say further down the line he won’t.
“He’s going to be here for the next year minimum and he’s 100 per cent committed to Motherwell.”
Robinson’s comments read like the club will reject any bids for the reported Rangers target and risk losing him for free in 12 months.
It’s a noble stance, but Gers boss Pedro Caixinha should test their resolve and lodge an offer that is simply too good to refuse, because Moult is simply too good not to try and sign.
By virtue of his 18 goals, Moult is a tried-and-tested forward and although the Ibrox boss has Alfredo Morelos and Kenny Miller at his disposal, he also has sold Joe Garner and Martyn Waghorn to Ipswich Town and another striking option is ideal.
Morelos has looked a decent addition, scoring three times already, but Miller is 37 and Carlos Pena hasn’t looked nearly as promising as the Colombian hitman.
Moult might be a level up on all three and if Caixinha can sign him and Jamie Walker from Hearts then it would go a long, long way to bridging the gap to Celtic this season.
