Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers should look at bringing him to the Scottish Premiership.

It’s looking increasingly probable that Rangers might need a new left-back this summer.
Lee Wallace has already been suspended by Rangers after his and Kenny Miller’s tirade against manager Graeme Murty following Sunday’s 4-0 defeat by Celtic in the Scottish Cup.
Miller, whose contract expires this summer, is unlikely to pull on a Gers top ever again, but the same might also apply to the 30-year-old club captain.
If so, Director of Football Mark Allen will need a replacement and one very thrifty, yet sensible option, might come in the form of Fabio.
The Middlesbrough defender, a Premier League winner with Manchester United in 2011, is out of contract on Teeside in a few months and therefore would be available for free.

Wallace has missed most of Rangers’ season with a groin injury anyway, but Fabio might represent an upgrade on the long-serving figure, even if his Ibrox future wasn’t hanging in the balance.
The two-time Brazil international would also have several fluent Portuguese speakers – Daniel Candeias, Bruno Alves, Fabio Cardoso – who could aid his transition to life in Glasgow, should he need help adapting.
It might seem a long shot but, considering he will be free, would Allen come across a better bargain?
