Glasgow Rangers attacker Josh Windass is being linked with a move away from Ibrox this summer.

Selling Windass has the potential to be a real gamble for the Gers should Steven Gerrard decide to let him move on this summer, and thus, Rangers must make sure that they get the best possible deal for the 24-year-old.
Given the spending that they have already done this summer, it would be little surprise if West Ham were the team from the cluster of those interested willing to put the best terms on the table if they are keen on signing Windass.
And if it appears that the Hammers are determined to sign the attacking midfielder, then Rangers should demand that one of the Irons’ brightest prospects heads in the opposite direction amid reports that he is available this summer.

The Daily Mail reported in January 2017 that Rangers wanted to sign Domingos Quina on loan but had their bid rejected by West Ham. Now however, a fresh bid for Quina would seemingly be met with a completely different response.
The Daily Mirror has recently suggested that West Ham are ready to sell Quina for just £600,000 – and Rangers should demand that the Hammers include the 18-year-old as part of the deal that potentially sees Windass head to the London Stadium.
West Ham may be ready to let Quina go, but he is still a fantastic talent who could develop superbly under one of the finest midfielders of the Premier League era in Steven Gerrard.

Rangers do not exactly need another midfielder, but Quina is the kind of talent that should have managers tearing up their plans as he could develop into something special – and getting him for £600,000 appears to be too good to be true.
There is likely to be a queue of clubs forming to bag Quina’s signature, so Rangers should perhaps consider – if they would be at all interested in the teenager – telling West Ham that they would be willing to lower their asking price for Windass if Quina is included as part of the deal. It could turn out to be an inspired move from the Gers if they did give it a go.
