Ibrox cub Glasgow Rangers reportedly want Swansea City’s Kyle Bartley, who had two loan spells at the Gers.

It has been reported that Rangers and Leeds are interested in signing Bartley from Swansea this summer.
The 26-year-old central defender is expected to leave the Swans, according to the report, with TEAMtalk claiming that the Welsh outfit will want £6 million as transfer fee for the former Arsenal prospect.

Rangers connection
Bartley knows Rangers inside out, having had two loan spells at Ibrox when he was still on the books of Rangers.
The 26-year-old has had injury concerns, but when on form and fully fit, the central defender is a superb footballer.

Leeds United or Rangers?
Bartley was brilliant for Leeds in the Championship in England last season, and there is no surprise that the West Yorkshire outfit (reportedly) want to sign him on a permanent contract.
Leeds will be aiming to finish in the playoffs next season, and although the defender would be tempted to be part of that quest, the prospect of working with Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard at Rangers and challenging Celtic for the Scottish Premiership would be too tempting.
