According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers are pushing to sign West Bromwich Albion talent Rayhaan Tulloch – but face a battle with West Ham United.
It’s claimed that Rangers have been encouraged by Tulloch failing to sign a new deal with the Baggies. Steven Gerrard wants more firepower to take down Celtic, and Tulloch is a key target.
However, whist Rangers are pushing to bring him to Ibrox, there is big interest back in England. Brighton and Hove Albion and West Ham United are thought to be keen on signing Tulloch.
The teenager is out of contract this summer, with just weeks left on his deal. West Brom haven’t given up hope of keeping Tulloch yet, but it’s not looking good.
Versatile attacker Tulloch, 19, has come up through the West Brom ranks. He was born in nearby Birmingham, and has made two first-team appearances for the club.

An England youth international with caps at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-18 levels, Tulloch has been touted for a bright future, but West Brom haven’t been able to tie him down to a new deal yet.
That leaves them vulnerable. A move to Rangers would see West Brom bring in minimal compensation due to cross-border contract rules, so if he’s going to leave, the Baggies may prefer it’s to West Ham.
