Rangers are back in action this afternoon, as they travel to Tannadice to take on Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership.

The Gers beat Lech Poznan 2-0 in the Europa League on Thursday night, but it’s back to domestic action today as Steven Gerrard chases a league title.

Gerrard made a number of changes for the trip to Poland, meaning some key players should be fresh for today – and with that in mind, here’s our predicted lineup for today’s game.

Jon McLaughlin started against Poznan, but Allan McGregor should be back in goal today, whilst the same goes for James Tavernier coming back in for Nathan Patterson.

Connor Goldson, Leon Balogun and Born Barisic started on Thursday night, and we’re backing the trio to start again today.

Steven Davis was rested against Poznan, but we think he will be back in today, joining Glen Kamara and Scott Arfield in the Rangers engine room.

Gerrard managed to start without Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent or Kemar Roofe on Thursday night, but all three should be back in this afternoon.

That means Ianis Hagi, Cedric Itten and Joe Aribo will have to drop to the bench, but that sums up the strength in Gerrard’s squad right now.

Rangers predicted XI v Dundee United today: McGregor; Tavernier, Goldson, Balogun, Barisic; Davis, Kamara, Arfield; Roofe, Kent, Morelos.
