Rangers returned to winning ways in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon. The Gers got the better of Aberdeen 3-0 away from home at the Pittodrie Stadium.

After a goalless first half, Kenny Miller put Rangers in the lead on 79 minutes and doubled the advantage just two minutes later.

Joe Dodoo wrapped up the points and the scoring for the visiting team on 83 minutes.

The win against Aberdeen for Rangers followed two successive draws against Motherwell and Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership.

Pedro Caixinha’s side are now third in the league table with 55 points from 32 matches, nine points behind second-placed Aberdeen.

A number of Rangers players have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the win against Aberdeen.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Pittodrie Stadium on Sunday afternoon, hosts Aberdeen had 54% of the possession, took 10 shots of which five were on target, and earned seven corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors Rangers had 46% of the possession, took 10 shots of which six were on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.
