Rangers picked up their fourth win in a row earlier today, with a deflected Martyn Waghorn effort enough to claim all three points against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

The result was one that looked in doubt for large parts of the game, as Rangers put in a poor performance against Caley at Ibrox.

In the end it was strong performances from Clint Hill and Wes Foderingham that ensured that Rangers stayed above deep water in a tough fixture.

Goalkeeper Foderingham was quick to share his pleasure with scraping out the victory on Twitter after the game, posting this message:

He was not alone. Waghorn, who might claim the goal, also tweeted his happiness with the result whilst right-back Lee Hodson, who has been in good form recently, also expressed his joy at the result:

However, all three of the players did point out it was a poor performance and it is important that Rangers and the manager Mark Warburton are sure to realise that the display today was not good enough and improvement is needed if they are to continue winning games.
