The Glasgow Rangers player has been much improved in recent weeks.

Rangers midfielder Josh Windass has been speaking to reporters ahead of his side’s Scottish Premiership clash against Hibernian, with his comments published on the Gers’ official Twitter account.
The 23-year-old has been in impressive form under the guidance of Rangers interim manager Graeme Murty, scoring four goals and providing two assists in his last seven appearances and looking every inch a star in the making.

Much of that has been down to Murty’s man management, and Windass has now explained what his current boss told him in training.
“Graeme wants me running through the middle and creating space in the pockets,” the Rangers player said, and for now that seems to be working a treat.
Rangers have climbed up to second in the table and they look set to be hot on Celtic’s heals heading into 2018.

Windass looks set to be vital as Rangers attempt to close the gap further on the current league leaders, before potentially bringing some silverware back to Ibrox sooner rather than later.
Some Gers fans feel Murty should be given the permanent manager’s role, at least until the end of the current campaign and, having got the best out of Windass and so many of his Rangers teammates, that may be the best option for all concerned.
Rangers take on Hibs on Wednesday evening and Windass will be hoping to play a vital role yet again, helping his side to another three points in the process.
