Pedro Caixinha’s Rangers number three watched Norwich City on Monday, and may have been impressed by more than one of their players. Could an Ibrox move be on the cards?

Rangers sent new number three Jonatan Johansson to Preston on Monday, with Norwich midfielder Graham Dorrans said to be the focus of his attention (Scottish Sun).
But Dorrans may not be the only Canaries player who impressed the watching Finn, with James Maddison scoring his first goal for the club during an 11-minute cameo.
Maddison’s is a name which should be familiar to Rangers, after he scored Aberdeen’s winner with a stunning free-kick when the two sides met at Pittodrie in October.
The attacking midfielder added one more goal and assisted seven during his short time north of the border, although his January return to Norwich has seen him restored to a bit-part role, with his Deepdale run-out only outing number two this season.
Given that a new manager is due at Carrow Road, Maddison’s future looks set to remain uncertain for the time being – especially with the likes of Wes Hoolahan, the Murphy twins and recent recruits Yanic Wildschut (£7 million) and Alex Pritchard (£8 million) for company in his position.

Therefore, the 20-year-old is surely a more attainable target than Dorrans, who despite being a Rangers fan signed a new three-year contract in 2016 and is almost certainly one of the Canaries’ highest earners.
If they aren’t already, perhaps Rangers should pursue Maddison instead?
