Rangers secured another signing today in Sunderland goalkeeper Jon McLaughlin, and may still hope to get more in the summer.
The Gers have been busy already, but adding at least one more attacker has to be a priority for Steven Gerrard as he attempts to take down Celtic.
Alfredo Morelos’s future isn’t guaranteed, whilst loanee Florian Kamberi has returned to Hibernian and may not come back to Ibrox.
With that in mind, West Bromwich Albion’s Rayhaan Tulloch appears to be a target. The Scottish Sun reported that Rangers were hoping to lure the teenager to Glasgow given uncertainty over his contract.
Tulloch’s contract expires this summer, meaning he could move on. Brighton and Hove Albion and West Ham United are also thought to be interest though, meaning Rangers face a battle.
Tulloch would cost bargain compensation for Rangers given that they are a non-English club, and he could join in a bargain move – just like the deal the Gers just pulled off for Calvin Bassey.

However, West Bromwich Albion have today confirmed that they have offered Tulloch a new deal. He hasn’t signed it yet, but the offer is on the table – and he could stay at The Hawthorns.
Rangers will be hoping that isn’t the case, but if they want him then they need to move quickly. The 19-year-old is an exciting prospect, but he has only managed five first-team appearances for the Baggies.
That may not be good enough for the striker, who is a regular for England at youth level. If Rangers can offer him first-team football, it could just tempt Tulloch into snubbing West Brom and making the move north.
