Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are heavily linked with a move for Martin Skrtel.

Rangers fans on Twitter have questioned whether Martin Skrtel’s proposed move to Ibrox will materialise this summer.
The Slovakia international has been heavily linked with a move to Ibrox since former Liverpool team-mate Steven Gerrard took the reins in Glasgow earlier this month.
According to The Record, Gerrard “would love” to bring the 33-year-old to Rangers and fans were certainly getting excited about the prospect of seeing him next season.
But has Skrtel just thrown a spanner in the works?

The Fenerbahce stalwart posted a photo of the Turkish club’s crest on his Instagram story on Tuesday, together with the caption “Do you know what I mean?”
And as a result, some fans of the Gers aren’t sure what to make of the potential twist in his future.
It is potentially a very big hint about his future plans and you have to wonder whether the former Liverpool star would get Fenerbahce fans’ hopes up if he thought he was heading to Ibrox.
Nevertheless, the draw of playing under Gerrard must not be forgotten, but time will tell how this one pans out.
