Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s Rangers are ready to sell Josh McPake in the summer transfer window, according to The Daily Record.
The report has claimed that Rangers are ready to listen to offers for a permanent exit for McPake and are also willing to send the 20-year-old Scottish winger out on loan for next season.
McPake is on loan at Tranmere Rovers in League Two in England at the moment.
The winger joined Morecambe in League One in England on loan in the summer of 2021, but that deal was terminated in January.
Then Morecambe manager Stephen Robinson described the winger as “really exciting” on the club’s official website in July 2021.

No long-term Rangers future for Josh McPake
In our opinion, McPake does not have a long-term future at Rangers.
The winger has not had a real chance to make an impact at Ibrox and has been sent out on loan to a number of clubs in recent years, including Dundee and Greenock Morton.
We think that it would be best for McPake if he leaves Rangers and moves to another club on a permanent basis and build his career there.
