Rangers stopper Alwnick has been unavailable for almost all of February.

Rangers goalkeeper Jak Alnwick has confirmed his return to training at Auchenhowie on Monday via his personal Twitter account after almost a month out due to personal reasons.
The 24-year-old has been unavailable for Graeme Murty’s selection for the larger part of February after he was expected to don the Rangers goalkeeper jersey against Ayr United in the Scottish Cup on February 11.

However, he was missing from the entire 18-man squad and has been since then until taking his place back on the substitutes’ bench during the 2-0 win over Hearts on Saturday afternoon at Ibrox.
Alwnick, who continues to act as Wes Foderingham’s back-up ahead of Liam Kelly in the pecking order, posted on Twitter to confirm to fans that he has indeed returned to training ahead of Tuesday night’s trip to St. Johnstone.
He is expected to be named on the bench once again, as struggles to oust former Swindon Town stopper Foderingham since he moved north of the border from English side Port Vale in January 2017.
Since joining the Gers, he has made just five first-team appearances including the disappointing Betfred Cup semi-final loss against Motherwell in what was a determining factor for the future of Pedro Caixinha.
The Light Blues will be hoping to continue an impressive run under Graeme Murty by beating St. Johnstone at McDiarmid Park, in what will be their fourth successive league win.
