One of the fans in the stands with the Rangers supporters was George Edmundson.
Edmundson joined Rangers from Oldham Athletic in 2019 having shown promise with the English club.
Edmundson never quite managed to become a star at Rangers, making just eight league appearances and 17 in total.
Ipswich Town swooped in to buy Edmundson last summer and Rangers were happy for him to go – but his love for the Gers hasn’t ended.=

Edmundson travelled out to Spain alongside former Rangers teammate and current Hull City ace Greg Doherty to watch the Gers in action.
Both players had dreams of becoming first-team stars at Rangers but have been sold on to English clubs in recent times.
It wasn’t to be for Rangers on the night but Edmundson took to Twitter to remark on what an amazing day it had been.
Edmundson admitted that ‘great memories’ had been made alongside the Rangers fans whilst claiming the players had ‘done us proud’ despite the defeat.
