Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has made an impressive start to life in charge at ibrox.

Wayne Rooney sat down for an exclusive interview with the Mail on Sunday, and raved about the job being done by Steven Gerrard at Ibrox, predicting that it won’t be long before Premier League clubs come knocking for the Rangers boss.
The former Liverpool and England skipper has made a rather impressive start to his tenure at Ibrox, losing just one competitive game thus far, and he has completely transformed the Gers into a team who are now considered to be genuine title challengers.
Gerrard has taken to management like a duck to water, and he already looks like he is built for a long and prosperous career on the touchline.
And Rooney told the Mail on Sunday how it would be no surprise to him to see Premier League clubs try and prise the Rangers chief away from Ibrox in two or three years:

“Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard have moved into management and I think it is brilliant for those two. It is the right time for young English managers to step forward. I am sure in two or three years there will be clubs in the Premier League coming to try to snatch them away.”
Gerrard obviously still has plenty of work left to do at Rangers, but if he does go on to guide his side to a league title in the next couple of years, it would be no surprise to see him linked with some of the bigger clubs in England.
