Pedro Caixinha’s Glasgow Rangers lost against Old Firm rivals Celtic in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths has been quoted as saying by the club’s official Twitter page that his side could have scored seven or eight goals against Rangers.
The Bhoys hammered Old Firm rivals Rangers 5-1 away from home at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday afternoon.
Scott Sinclair, Griffiths, Callum McGregor, Dedryck Boyata and Mikael Lustig scored for Celtic, while Kenny Miller was on target for Rangers.
Griffiths has claimed that Brendan Rodgers’s side could have won the match by seven or eight goals instead of 5-1.

The comments from Griffiths will be embarrassing for Rangers fans, who must also be feeling quite frustrated and disappointed with their team’s performance.
As the Scotland international striker suggests, if Celtic had not taken their foot off the gas, then they could have won by a bigger margin, thereby inflicting further misery on the Gers.
The scoreline and the manner of the defeat to Celtic shows that Rangers need to make important signings in the summer transfer window in order to close the gap on the Hoops next season.
