Fans of Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are delighted that Celtic’s Tom Rogic is unlikely to face them next week.

Some Rangers fans on Twitter are delighted with the prospect of Tom Rogic being unavailable for Celtic next week.
Rangers and Celtic meet in the second Old Firm derby of the season at Ibrox on December 29, before the winter break.
But the 26-year-old is expected to miss the visit to the Gers due to his participation in the Asia Cup with Australia in January.
If that materialises, it’s a huge blow for the Hoops but a huge boost for Rangers.
Rogic scored four goals in six Old Firm derbies last season, making him a man for the big occasion.
And here’s how fans of the Ibrox club reacted to his potential absence:
Such is the form of Steven Gerrard’s side, Rogic’s participation may not even matter. Rangers would have been out for blood regardless, but no Rogic certainly increases the likelyhood of them getting it.
As it stands, Celtic are four points clear of third-placed Rangers at the summit, but the Blues visit St Johnstone tomorrow for their game in hand.
