Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers had one of their former players in Sean Goss facing Celtic on Sunday
Rangers fans on Twitter have reacted to Sean Goss’s performance against Celtic on Sunday.
Goss, who had a stint at Ibrox last term, made his St Johnstone debut against the Hoops yesterday as Brendan Rodgers’s side won 2-0 to restore their six-point lead over Rangers in the Premiership title race.
The 23-year-old was unable to inspire his loan club to a big upset over Celtic, with goals from James Forrest and Timothy Weah doing the damage for the visitors.
He did, however, get himself booked on 82 minutes for a reckless challenge on Scott Brown, something which will always bring a smile to those on the blue side of the Old Firm divide.

Goss, signed by Graeme Murty, joined Rangers on a half-season loan from QPR last January but, despite a promising start to life in Glasgow, his level of performance dipped toward the end of the campaign.
A poor performance in the 3-2 defeat by Celtic last March did his chances of staying at Ibrox no good at all, and from there he struggled for regular football, before Steven Gerrard replaced Murty and decided to go in a different direction with regards to Goss.
He had managed only 65 minutes of football for the Londoners this season, prior to returning to Scotland.
