Rangers won a 15th straight Scottish Premiership game on Sunday afternoon, beating Aberdeen 2-1 at Pittodrie.
The Gers were handed a first-half boost as Ryan Hedges received a red card for bringing down Alfredo Morelos, though James Tavernier put the resulting penalty wide.
Morelos bailed his teammate out by firing home a fine opener, and he doubled his tally for the day with a smart finish after the break.
Aberdeen did hit back through Matty Kennedy as he finished off a counter-attack, but Rangers held on for all three points.
That means Rangers are now 22 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table, though Celtic do have four games in hand on the Gers.
This was a fine performance from Steven Gerrard’s men and arguably could have been a bigger victory, with Ryan Kent particularly impressive.

The winger was sensational earlier in the season, but had dipped slightly having registered no goals and one assist in his previous seven league outings.
Kent was back with two assists on Sunday though, prompting praise from Gers fans who called him ‘unplayable’ and ‘sensational’.
Others think Kent was back on top form, believing that he looked more aggressive than he has for weeks.
