Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers cruised to victory this afternoon.

Jermain Defoe scored a hat-trick, but Rangers fans were left purring over Ryan Jack’s display this afternoon.
Steven Gerrard’s side brushed aside Hibernian to win 6-1 at Ibrox and pick up a second successive Scottish Premiership victory.
Two goals from Defoe helped Rangers into a comfortable 2-0 lead, before Daryl Horgan halved the deficit shortly before the break.
The legendary English marksman made the game safe for the Gers in the final quarter, with Jack, signed by Pedro Caixinha two years ago, doing brilliant work in the build-up.
It was an all-action display from the Scottish midfielder, who was also a key defensive figure for Gerrard’s troops.
And despite Defoe getting the headline, Jack was a lot of Rangers fans’ pick for Man of the Match.
Alfredo Morelos, who replaced Defoe, put the game beyond doubt for Rangers with a late double, underlining their dominance.
The Light Blues haven’t had it easy against Hibs in recent years but this was a major statement of intent from the Glasgow giants – and interestingly, they didn’t even need heavy hitters like Morelos or Scott Arfield, both of whom only came on when the team were 3-1 ahead.
