Steven Gerrard’s Rangers were 1-0 winners against their city rivals at Ibrox on Saturday.

Rangers fans are reacting on Twitter to reports the captain of their arch rivals is considering leaving just days after the defeat to Steven Gerrard’s side at Ibrox.
According to Sky Sports, Scott Brown – whose deflection aided Ryan Jack’s winning goal for Rangers against Celtic on Saturday – could quit the Bhoys and join Western Melbourne in the summer.
And some Gers fans think that their side’s progress under Gerrard this season could be responsible for any Brown exit.
This is what they’re saying…
Rangers’ win brought them level on points with Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership, although it is Brendan Rodgers’ side who remain ahead on goal difference, having played a game less.
The Bhoys have won the last seven league titles, although four of those were achieved in the Gers’ absence.
Rangers have finished third in each of their previous two seasons back at the highest level, but are expected to strengthen in January as they seek to keep the pace this time around.
