Glasgow Rangers forward Michael O’Halloran has failed to make an impact at Ibrox and is reportedly wanted by Melbourne City.
Rangers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation that Michael O’Halloran is leaving Ibrox for Melbourne City.
According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers forward O’Halloran is set to leave Steven Gerrard’s side for A-League outfit City in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that City manager Warren Joyce is keen on signing the 27-year-old, with talks between the two clubs claimed to have been already started.
O’Halloran has been on the books of Rangers since February 2016 when he joined from St Johnstone for a transfer fee reported by The Scottish Sun to be worth £500,000.
The former Scotland Under-21 international has failed to make an impact at Ibrox and also spent the first half of the past season on loan at his former club St Johnstone.
The forward was pictured sitting with the Celtic fans at the Scottish Cup final against Motherwell at Hampden Park in Glasgow last month, as reported by The Daily Record.
