Rangers have reportedly scrapped a deal to bring Jake Hastie to Ibrox.

Rangers have already tied up a pre-contract agreement for one winger, but another appears to have slipped through their net.
The Gers will welcome Kilmarnock winger Jordan Jones to Ibrox this summer, and had hoped to bring in Jake Hastie too.
Hastie, 20, has starred for Motherwell since returning from a loan deal with Alloa Athletic, hitting six goals in 11 games.
A product of the Fir Park academy, Hastie looks set for a huge future, but his contract expires this summer, meaning he could move on to pastures new.
As reported by the Glasgow Evening Times, Rangers allegedly had a deal agreed in principle to sign Hastie, paying a small compensation fee this summer.
However, Rangers have allegedly scrapped the deal for Hastie, having grown frustrated with the wait on officially finalising a deal.

Hastie may now move elsewhere, but this is a blow to Rangers’ summer transfer plans, and fans have taken to Twitter to react to the news.
Some feel that Hastie is letting his agent run his career, and pointed to Celtic’s Scott Allan as a warning, after he became a forgotten man at Parkhead having failed to secure a 2015 move to Rangers.
Others think that scrapping a move for Hastie may just give renewed hope to keeping Ryan Kent permanently, even if missing out on a talent like Hastie is something of a concern.
